2. High-Precision Drilling Assembly
The drilling unit is equipped with premium BT40 precision spindles manufactured in Taiwan, featuring an internal coolant supply for enhanced drilling performance and machining accuracy. Six CNC-controlled drilling heads are symmetrically arranged, with three units positioned on each side of the angle steel. When processing holes of identical diameter and equal edge distance, the corresponding drilling heads operate simultaneously, significantly increasing machining productivity while maintaining excellent positional precision.
