Product Introduction:
The JNC Series High-Speed CNC Angle Steel Punching, Marking, and Cutting Production Line is mainly composed of a punching station, marking station, shearing station, transverse material transfer system, rotary loading device, infeed conveyor, discharge conveyor, CNC feeding carriage, hydraulic system, electrical control system, pneumatic system, and other supporting assemblies. The production line is specifically engineered for the automated fabrication of angle steel used in transmission tower manufacturing. Featuring full CNC control throughout the entire production process, it provides intuitive operation while achieving highly automated, high-precision, multi-size, and high-volume manufacturing.

Product Features:
1. The CNC angle steel punching machine is available with two or three punching stations, each accommodating three punch sizes of different diameters. The punching positions are accurately controlled through the CNC system, allowing precise machining of both round and slotted holes. High-speed feeding combined with rapid punching significantly increases productivity. When processing 50 × 50 × 4 mm angle steel, the production capacity can reach approximately 9–10 tons per 8-hour shift.
2. The marking system features a fully enclosed, high-rigidity frame to ensure excellent stability during operation. Four cassette-style character holders are automatically selected through CNC programming, while marking locations can be freely adjusted according to processing requirements. An optional 10-row rotary disc marking system enables automatic character indexing without manual adjustment, substantially improving marking speed and production efficiency.

3. The cutting module utilizes a heavy-duty single-blade shearing mechanism that delivers powerful cutting performance and outstanding dimensional accuracy. The shearing process generates virtually no material waste while producing clean, smooth cutting surfaces. The blade holder incorporates an open-access design, allowing quick, safe, and convenient blade replacement and maintenance.
4. The horizontal conveying table automatically transports angle steel to the rotary loading mechanism, which is driven by a motor and reduction gearbox. This arrangement ensures stable material positioning before feeding, providing continuous and reliable workpiece transfer throughout the production process.
5. The workpiece is securely clamped and transported by a servo-driven CNC feeding carriage. Position feedback is provided through a photoelectric encoder operating within a fully closed-loop control system, ensuring exceptional feeding precision, positioning accuracy, and repeatability during machining.

6. Punching, marking, and shearing operations are powered by a high-performance hydraulic system equipped with a high-speed hydraulic station and accumulator. Ferrule-type hydraulic pipe connections provide reliable leak-free performance while simplifying maintenance. The hydraulic manifold incorporates premium Atos valve blocks, ensuring stable hydraulic pressure, dependable performance, and extended service life.
7. To accommodate various production environments, the hydraulic system supports multiple cooling configurations, including water cooling, air cooling, and oil cooling. Users can select the most suitable cooling solution according to specific operating conditions and production requirements.

8. The control system integrates an industrial computer, PLC controller, servo drive system, and external sensing devices. After entering the required processing parameters, the software automatically generates machining programs. The system supports direct import of DXF, NC, and other CAD-generated file formats. Its intuitive human-machine interface (HMI) provides graphical workpiece visualization, large-capacity program storage, position monitoring, and comprehensive fault diagnosis functions for efficient production management.
