Product Features:
1. The punching system is available with two or three independent punching stations, each capable of accommodating three different punch diameters. The positions of the three punching dies are automatically controlled by the CNC system to achieve flexible hole spacing adjustment. The unit supports both round-hole and slotted-hole punching operations. With high-speed material feeding and rapid punching cycles, it significantly improves production efficiency. When processing angle steel with a specification of 50 × 50 × 4 mm, the production capacity can reach approximately 9–10 tons per 8-hour shift.

2. The marking system adopts a fully enclosed structural design, providing excellent rigidity and stable operating performance. It is equipped with four sets of character cassette assemblies, which are automatically selected through CNC program control, while marking intervals can be freely adjusted according to production requirements. In addition, an optional rotary disc marking system is available. Featuring a 10-row character arrangement, the disc-type marking device enables automatic character selection without manual adjustment, greatly improving marking speed and overall production efficiency.

3. The cutting unit adopts a heavy-duty single-blade shearing mechanism featuring high cutting force and reliable shearing performance. The optimized cutting process eliminates material waste during operation while ensuring smooth, clean, and high-quality cut surfaces. The blade holder is designed with an open-access structure, allowing fast, convenient, and safe blade replacement, thereby reducing maintenance time and improving equipment availability.

4. The horizontal transfer table is designed to automatically convey angle steel materials to the rotary loading mechanism. Driven by a motor and precision reduction gearbox system, the rotary loading unit ensures accurate positioning and stable transfer of angle steel onto the feeding conveyor, providing reliable material handling throughout the production process.
5. The workpiece is firmly clamped and accurately transported by the CNC feeding carriage, ensuring excellent positioning precision and repeatability. The feeding carriage is driven by a servo motor and integrates a photoelectric encoder with a closed-loop feedback control system, enabling precise material positioning and stable automatic feeding performance.
