1. High-Precision Transmission System:

1). The X-axis is equipped with two rolling linear guideways, which provide both lateral guidance and structural support to meet the requirements of high-speed drilling operations. The axis movement is driven by an AC servo motor combined with a high-precision ball screw transmission system, ensuring accurate positioning and smooth linear motion.

The Y-axis is designed with two heavy-duty rolling linear guideways installed on each side, with three square-type sliders mounted on each guideway to form a highly rigid gantry sliding structure. This optimized configuration provides exceptional structural strength and stability while offering advantages such as low friction resistance, high travel speed, excellent vibration absorption, and extended service life. The gantry movement adopts a dual-servo synchronous drive system, with servo motors installed on both sides to simultaneously drive the ball screws, ensuring synchronized motion and precise CNC-controlled machining performance.

2. Automatic Lubrication System and Protective Structure:
The machine is equipped with a Taiwan-manufactured volumetric automatic lubrication system featuring precise pressure distribution. The system automatically supplies lubricant to all major moving components, including linear guideways, ball screws, and rack-and-pinion transmission systems, ensuring comprehensive lubrication coverage and effectively extending the service life of critical components.
