1. High-Precision Transmission System:
The machine is equipped with Taiwan-produced linear guideways and precision slider assemblies, providing smooth axis travel, stable motion performance, and enhanced load-bearing capability for demanding heavy-duty machining applications.
1). The X-axis utilizes two rolling linear guideways that provide lateral guidance and structural support, meeting the requirements of high-speed drilling operations. An AC servo motor drives a high-precision ball screw transmission mechanism, ensuring accurate positioning, smooth movement, and reliable linear feed performance.

2). The Y-axis incorporates two heavy-duty rolling linear guideways on each side, with three square-type sliders installed on each guideway to form a rigid and stable gantry travel system. This configuration provides excellent structural strength and operational stability while offering low friction, high travel speed, effective vibration damping, and extended service life. The gantry is driven by a dual-servo synchronous transmission system, with servo motors installed on both sides to drive the respective ball screws simultaneously, ensuring synchronized movement and precise CNC machining performance.
3). The spindle carriage is supported by four heavy-duty linear guideways, delivering high structural rigidity, superior positioning accuracy, excellent dynamic response, and stable motion performance during both high-speed and low-speed machining operations.

2. Automatic Lubrication System and Protective Structure:
The equipment incorporates a Taiwan-manufactured volumetric automatic lubrication system with precision pressure distribution. Lubricant is automatically supplied to key moving components, including linear guideways, ball screws, and rack-and-pinion transmission mechanisms, ensuring comprehensive lubrication and effectively extending the service life of critical machine components. Dust-resistant protective covers are installed on the X- and Y-axis assemblies, while waterproof splash guards are positioned around the worktable to protect major machine components and enhance operational reliability.
