Machine Structure:
Mainly composed of a worktable, a movable gantry, a movable saddle, multiple drilling power heads, an automatic lubrication device, protective devices, a circulating cooling device, a digital control system, and an electrical system. Supported and guided by rolling guide pairs and driven by precision lead screw pairs, the machine tool possesses high positioning accuracy and repeatability.

1. Worktable:
The bed and worktable are integral castings of gray iron (HT250), precision machined after secondary annealing and aging treatment, resulting in excellent dynamic and static rigidity and no deformation. The worktable surface has finely machined, rationally arranged T-slots for workpiece clamping. One high-precision linear guides are mounted on each side of the bed base, ensuring even force distribution on the guide slides and significantly improving the machine tool's rigidity and tensile and compressive strength. The drive system uses an AC servo motor and a precision ball screw pair for dual-sided drive, enabling the gantry to move in the Y-axis direction. Adjustable bolts are distributed on the bottom surface of the bed for easy adjustment of the bed and worktable level.

2. Mobile Gantry:
The mobile gantry is cast and machined from gray iron (HT250). The front of the gantry is equipped with two high-load-bearing rolling linear guide pairs, two sets of precision ball screw pairs, and two servo motors, enabling the power head slide to move along the Y-axis. Each power head slide is equipped with a drilling power head. Gantry movement is achieved by the servo motors driving the ball screws through precision couplings.
3. Moving Saddle
The moving saddle is a precision cast iron structural component. It is equipped with two high-load-bearing CNC hardened guide slides, a precision ball screw pair, and a high-precision planetary reducer connected to a servo motor. This drives the drilling head to move along the Z-axis, enabling rapid advance, feed, rapid retraction, and stop actions. It also features automatic chip breaking, chip removal, and pause functions.

4. Drilling Power Head:
The drilling power head uses a dedicated three-phase spindle motor, which directly drives a precision spindle. The spindle uses a five-row Japanese angular contact bearing (three front, two rear) to achieve stepless speed regulation. The feed is driven by a servo motor and ball screw. The X and Y axes can be linked, using semi-closed-loop control, enabling linear and circular interpolation functions. The spindle end is an ER tool holder.
