Machine Structure:
The machine is mainly composed of a worktable, movable gantry, movable saddle, multiple drilling power heads, automatic lubrication system, protective devices, circulating cooling system, CNC control system, and electrical system. The axes are supported and guided by rolling linear guideways and driven by precision ball screw assemblies, providing excellent positioning accuracy and repeatability.

1. Automatic Lubrication and Protective Devices:
The machine is equipped with a Taiwan-manufactured volumetric pressure-distribution automatic lubrication system, which automatically supplies lubricant to critical moving components, including guideways, lead screws, and gears, ensuring comprehensive lubrication without dead zones and effectively extending the service life of the machine. Dust-proof protective covers are installed on the X- and Y-axis assemblies, while splash-resistant protective baffles are arranged around the worktable to enhance operational protection.

2. Integrated Keyuan Bus Absolute CNC System
The equipment adopts a dedicated Keyuan CNC system developed for CNC drilling and milling applications. The drive system utilizes high-precision absolute servo motors to achieve accurate and reliable motion control. The system is equipped with an RS232 communication interface, color display, Chinese-language operating interface, and support for local and external USB data input, providing convenient program management and data transfer.
3. Power-Failure Memory Function
In the event of an unexpected power interruption or other operational stoppage, the power-failure memory function enables the operator to quickly identify and restore the machining position corresponding to the last completed hole. This feature reduces position-recovery time and allows production to resume efficiently from the appropriate machining point.

4. Laser Interferometer:
A RENISHAW laser interferometer from the United Kingdom is utilized for precision machine calibration. It accurately measures and compensates for pitch errors, backlash, positioning accuracy, and repeatability, thereby maintaining the machine's dynamic and static performance as well as overall machining precision. Ballbar Inspection: Each machine is inspected using a RENISHAW ballbar system from the United Kingdom to evaluate circularity and geometric accuracy. Circular interpolation cutting tests are also conducted to verify three-dimensional machining accuracy and circularity performance, ensuring consistent machine quality and reliable precision in practical applications.
