Applications:
This equipment is primarily developed for high-efficiency drilling of workpieces such as perforated plates, sieve plates, and thin steel sheets within the applicable machining thickness range. It is capable of producing through-holes in both homogeneous and composite-material components. Machine Structure:
The machine tool mainly comprises a worktable, movable gantry, mobile saddle, multiple drilling spindle units, centralized automatic lubrication system, protective assemblies, circulating coolant system, CNC control system, and electrical control system. The moving axes are guided by precision rolling linear guideways and driven by high-accuracy lead screw assemblies, providing excellent positioning precision, repeatability, and operational stability.

1. Worktable:
The machine bed and worktable are manufactured as integrated gray cast iron (HT250) components. Following secondary annealing and aging treatment, the castings undergo precision machining to achieve outstanding static and dynamic rigidity while effectively preventing deformation. The worktable surface is precision-finished and incorporates logically positioned T-slots for secure and convenient workpiece clamping. One high-precision linear guideway is installed on each side of the bed base, providing uniform load distribution across the guide slides and substantially enhancing the overall rigidity as well as the tensile and compressive strength of the machine tool. The drive mechanism adopts an AC servo motor combined with a precision ball screw assembly for dual-side synchronous drive, allowing the gantry to travel accurately along the Y-axis. Adjustable leveling bolts are arranged beneath the bed, facilitating convenient leveling and alignment of the bed and worktable.

2. Mobile Gantry:
The mobile gantry is manufactured from gray cast iron (HT250) through precision casting and machining processes. Two high-load-capacity rolling linear guideway assemblies, two sets of precision ball screw assemblies, and two servo motors are installed on the front side of the gantry, enabling the power-head slides to move smoothly along the Y-axis. Each power-head slide is fitted with an independent drilling power head. Gantry movement is precisely controlled by servo motors transmitting motion to the ball screws through high-precision couplings, ensuring stable and accurate positioning.
3. Moving Saddle:
The moving saddle is a precision-machined cast iron structural assembly designed to provide stable and accurate movement of the drilling unit. It incorporates two high-load-capacity CNC hardened guide slides, one precision ball screw assembly, and a high-precision planetary reducer coupled with a servo motor. This configuration drives the drilling head along the Z-axis and enables rapid approach, controlled feed, rapid withdrawal, and stopping operations. The system also provides automatic chip-breaking, chip evacuation, and programmed pause functions to improve machining efficiency and operational convenience.

4. Drilling Power Head:
The drilling power head is equipped with a dedicated three-phase spindle motor that directly drives a precision spindle assembly. The spindle is supported by a five-row Japanese angular-contact bearing configuration, consisting of three bearings at the front and two at the rear, providing stable operation and stepless spindle speed adjustment. The feed mechanism is driven by a servo motor in combination with a precision ball screw assembly. The X- and Y-axis motions support coordinated linkage under semi-closed-loop control, enabling both linear interpolation and circular interpolation operations. The spindle nose is configured with an ER tool holder to accommodate the corresponding drilling tools and ensure reliable tool clamping.
