CNC plasma beam cutting machine is the latest high efficiency and high precision pipe automatic cutting equipment. It is mainly used for cutting various low carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and other pipes. the H-shaped steel channel steel, the rectangular pipe and the square pipe. The model is beautiful in appearance, compact in structure, stable in operation and easy to operate. The cutting pipe diameter ranges from 1000 to 50 mm and the cutting pipe length ranges from 12 m.
The mechanical part of the machine is mainly composed of a work table, a power chuck and a cutting head. The worktable and the power chuck adopt the overall design and mechanically complete machining, so that the longitudinal guide rail and the shaft of the power chuck are kept parallel, which greatly improves the working precision of the machine. Two parallel linear guide rails are mounted on the side of the workbench, and precise racks are mounted between the guide rails, and the gears are driven by the drive system on the moving body to realize the longitudinal gear and the rack drive. The power chuck drives the chuck to rotate through the servo motor and the timing pulley, and the workpiece is driven by the chuck to realize the forward and reverse rotation. The cutting head is controlled by an imported dual servo motor for axial and radial deflection. The linkage of these motion axes is controlled by the system to achieve the cutting of the intersecting lines of the tubes.
