Purpose of the production line:
This production line is primarily designed for drilling, marking, sawing, and cutting of steel materials such as H-shaped steel and channel steel.
The drilling main machine utilizes 3 BT40 high-speed spindles to perform drilling operations on the three surfaces of the steel, with one spindle allocated to each surface. The corresponding row-type tool magazine can accommodate up to 4 tool specifications. It is capable of converting CAD drawings into processing programs and enabling multi-thread synchronous operation, which allows for the rational arrangement of tasks such as drilling, workpiece movement, tool change, and spindle positioning. This makes it possible to complete two or three of these tasks simultaneously, significantly enhancing production efficiency.
The sawing main machine employs a band saw to cut the steel to a fixed length.
This production line is equipped with a reserved communication interface, facilitating customers' future system management of the production line.
1. Three-dimensional drilling feeding trolley
It is composed of gears, servo motors and manipulators. The manipulator has good rigidity and stability, can automatically rise and fall according to the profile specifications, and automatically clamp the workpiece. After the manipulator clamps the workpiece, it is driven by the servo motor. Under the transmission of the gear rack, the workpiece is fed in the X direction to ensure the longitudinal processing accuracy of the drilling.
2. Three-dimensional drilling host
The drilling host mainly consists of a base, a bed, a mobile slide, a spindle box, an upper pressing device, a side clamping device and a row tool magazine.
The bed has good rigidity and stability, can withstand the load and vibration generated by high-speed processing, and ensure the accuracy of the machine tool.
There are 3 spindle boxes installed on the drilling host, namely the fixed side, the mobile side and the upper unit spindle box, which are used for horizontal and vertical drilling respectively. Each spindle box can be operated independently or complete drilling operations at the same time, which greatly improves production efficiency. Each spindle box has a set of BT40 high-speed mechanical spindles, and the corresponding row-type tool magazine can install up to 4 diameters of drill bits (when there is no tool on the spindle), and can automatically process 4 different hole diameters when the workpiece is clamped at one time.
The spindle feed is driven by a servo motor, and fast forward, working forward, and fast reverse can be achieved through program control; the spindle motor is driven by a spindle servo motor, and the speed is steplessly adjusted with a wide speed regulation range.
The three spindle box units are hung on the bed side, and each spindle box unit is driven by two sets of servo motors to achieve horizontal and vertical movement of the spindle box, which is driven by a ball screw and guided by a precision linear rolling guide. This equipment presses the workpiece in two directions during the drilling process. There is a cylinder-driven pressing mechanism above the workpiece to press the workpiece against the horizontal support roller, and there is a cylinder-driven pressing mechanism on the side to press the workpiece from the side.
3. 3D drilling discharge channel
It is composed of a reducer, a channel support, a support roller, a side positioning roller, a chain, etc.
The sawing discharge channel is used to carry the workpiece after sawing. The reducer drives the support roller to drive the workpiece to move along the X direction.
