Purpose of the production line:
This production line is primarily dedicated to drilling, marking, sawing, and cutting processes for steel materials including H-shaped steel and channel steel.
The drilling main machine employs 3 BT40 high-speed spindles to conduct drilling operations on the three surfaces of the steel, with one spindle designated for each surface. The corresponding row-type tool magazine can house up to 4 tool specifications. It is endowed with the capability to convert CAD drawings into processing programs and support multi-thread synchronous operation, enabling the rational organization of tasks such as drilling, workpiece movement, tool change, and spindle positioning. This allows two or three of these tasks to be accomplished concurrently, thereby significantly elevating production efficiency.
The sawing main machine utilizes a band saw to perform fixed-length cutting on the steel.
This production line is furnished with a reserved communication interface, facilitating customers' future systemized management of the production line.

The spindle internal cooling method is used to cool the drill bit, and an external cooling device is also equipped.
3. Hydraulic system
It is used to provide power for workpiece pressing and typing device.
4. Pneumatic system
It is used to provide power for side push device, spindle blowing, etc.
5. Lubrication system
It adopts a combination of centralized lubrication and manual lubrication. A centralized lubrication device is used to lubricate certain linear guides and lead screws at a fixed time and quantity, and manual lubrication is used for other lubrication points.
6. Electrical system
The control system of the production line is composed of a host computer, PLC, etc.
Programming method: Input CAD drawings or processing parameters through the USB interface or keyboard to generate processing programs. The processing program can be stored, called, displayed and communicated at any time according to the part number. The production line can realize both manual adjustment and control of each processing parameter separately and automatic control of the whole process.
