2. Three BT40 high-speed spindles are utilized to drill the three surfaces of the H-beam. The system uses carbide drill bits, with spindle rotational speeds reaching up to 3000 rpm. This results in high processing efficiency and excellent drilling performance. The chips produced during drilling are efficiently removed via a chain-type chip conveyor.

3. The cooling system utilizes mist cooling, providing both internal and external cooling capabilities. Each drilling spindle unit is equipped with its own external cooling nozzle and internal cooling connector, which can be selected based on the drilling requirements.
