Product Features:
1. The beam saw machine's feeding mechanism utilizes a CNC-controlled carriage clamping and feeding system, ensuring high-speed operation and precise positioning accuracy.
2. Three BT40 high-speed spindles are employed to drill the three faces of the H-beam. Featuring carbide drill bits, the spindles can achieve rotational speeds of up to 3000 RPM. This setup ensures high processing efficiency and excellent drilling performance. The chips produced during drilling are efficiently removed by the chain-type chip conveyor.

3. The CNC beam drill line cooling system utilizes mist cooling technology, offering both internal and external cooling capabilities. Each drilling spindle unit is equipped with an individual external cooling nozzle and internal cooling connector, allowing for selection based on the specific drilling requirements. Internal and external cooling can be used independently or simultaneously as needed.
4. The automatic tool changer (ATC) system can be installed based on customer specifications, eliminating the need for manual tool replacement. This feature significantly reduces downtime and enhances operational efficiency.

5. The beam drilling machine can optionally be equipped with a hydraulic disk marking system. The disk is positioned using a servo motor, enabling rapid marking of up to 36 different characters.
6. The automatic scribing and tapping functions replace the traditional manual scribing process. Scribing tools are utilized to mark the plate positions for subsequent welding on H-beam flanges and webs, thereby saving time and effort while enhancing precision. Tapping operations can also be performed on H-beam flanges and webs, significantly boosting production efficiency.

7. The workpiece clamping during feeding and processing on the CNC beam drilling machine, including longitudinal lifting, lateral push clamping, and the securing and release of the clamps, is fully automated by the hydraulic system. This ensures reliable operation of the equipment throughout the process.
8. The control system comprises a central computer and a PLC, with key components sourced from renowned global brands. The system supports multiple programming methods, enabling operators to easily edit a variety of programs. Structural design data, such as DXF and DSTV files generated by third-party AutoCAD or TEKLA Structures systems, can be seamlessly imported.
