Product Features:
1. The material feeding system incorporates a CNC-controlled clamping carriage driven by high-performance servo motors, ensuring rapid workpiece transportation together with exceptional positioning accuracy and repeatability throughout the entire machining process.
2. Three high-speed BT40 precision spindle units are arranged to simultaneously machine all three surfaces of H-beam sections. Supporting carbide drilling with through-spindle coolant and spindle speeds of up to 3,000 rpm, the system delivers superior drilling performance, outstanding hole quality, and efficient chip evacuation through an integrated chain-type chip conveyor.

3. The equipment is equipped with an advanced Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) system that supports both internal and external coolant delivery. Each spindle assembly features an independent external coolant nozzle and an internal coolant channel, allowing operators to select internal cooling, external cooling, or a combined cooling mode according to specific machining requirements.
4. An optional Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) is available to perform fully automatic tool replacement without manual intervention. This feature significantly shortens tool change time, minimizes machine idle periods, and enhances overall production efficiency.

5. An optional hydraulic CNC rotary disc marking system can be integrated into the machine. Driven by a high-precision servo motor, the marking disc automatically indexes among 36 selectable characters, providing fast, accurate, and highly repeatable identification marking for structural steel components.
6. Integrated automatic scribing and tapping functions eliminate the need for conventional manual layout procedures. 7. Throughout material feeding and machining operations, workpiece lifting, lateral positioning, clamping, locking, and release are all hydraulically controlled. 8. The control platform integrates an industrial computer with a PLC-based CNC system utilizing premium components supplied by internationally recognized manufacturers.
