Product Features:
1. The material handling system is equipped with a CNC-controlled clamping carriage powered by high-performance servo motors, enabling fast and stable workpiece transfer while ensuring outstanding positioning precision and repeatability throughout the complete machining cycle.
2. Three high-speed BT40 precision spindle units are configured to simultaneously process the three faces of H-beam sections. With support for carbide drilling, through-spindle coolant supply, and spindle speeds reaching up to 3,000 rpm, the system provides excellent drilling efficiency, superior hole quality, and effective chip removal through the integrated chain-type chip conveyor system.

3. The machine incorporates an advanced Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) cooling system with both internal and external coolant supply capabilities. Each spindle is equipped with an independent external coolant nozzle and internal coolant passage, allowing flexible selection among internal cooling, external cooling, or combined cooling modes according to different tooling conditions and machining requirements.
4. An optional Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) system can be installed to achieve fully automated tool replacement without manual operation. This configuration effectively reduces tool changeover time, decreases non-machining intervals, and improves overall production efficiency.
