Product Features:
1. The material feeding system adopts a CNC-controlled clamping carriage driven by high-performance servo motors, providing rapid and stable workpiece transportation while maintaining excellent positioning accuracy and repeatability throughout the entire machining process.
2. The machine is equipped with three high-speed BT40 precision spindle units designed to simultaneously machine all three surfaces of H-beam sections. Supporting carbide drilling operations, through-spindle coolant delivery, and spindle speeds of up to 3,000 rpm, the system delivers outstanding drilling performance, high-quality hole processing, and efficient chip evacuation through the integrated chain-type chip conveyor.

3. An advanced Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) cooling system is incorporated into the machine, supporting both internal and external coolant delivery modes. Each spindle is equipped with an independent external coolant nozzle and internal coolant channel, allowing operators to select internal cooling, external cooling, or combined cooling according to specific tooling requirements and machining conditions.
4. The equipment can be optionally configured with an Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) system, enabling fully automatic tool replacement without manual intervention. 5. An optional hydraulic CNC rotary disc marking system can be integrated into the machine.
