Equipment Features:
The cantilever-type intelligent welding workstation is mainly used for robotic automated welding of various steel structure fillet welds. The workstation meets the fillet welding requirements for H-shaped steel structures, diaphragm plates, machinery equipment base
structural welds, and other fillet weld applications.
The floor track position is installed according to workshop layout and production process. Weld types include: flat horizontal fillet welds, flat polygonal fillet welds, vertical fillet welds, and comer welding(excluding multi-pass welding).
Steel structure products include: H-shaped steel columns, roof beams, crane beams (runway beams), machinery equipment base structural welds,and other relatively open steel structure products.

Workstation Function overview
The workstation design drawings have undergone repeated verification and simulation design. under the condition of reliable structural strength and convenient assembly/maintenance, ensuring the aesthetic appearance.
All purchased components for the workstation equipment are supplied by renowned manufacturers in the industry (see configuration list for details). The quality of all machined parts undergoes strict inspection, meeting strength requirements with superior performance and smooth operation.

The robot is equipped with front collision sensors that enable immediate shutdown protection upon impact. An automatic torch cleaning/welding wire cutting system can be configured as required.
